BIENVENIDOS

Desarrollamos la construcci�n permanente de esta p�gina Web destinada a servir de punto de referencia y enlace con las diferentes personas y organismos progresistas de Colombia y del mundo entero, para que se conozca la terrible realidad del pueblo colombiano sometido a la barbarie del capitalismo neoliberal en todas sus manifestaciones, y al mismo tiempo la resistencia y la lucha que este libra.

Estamos en Internet como una opci�n informativa de los sectores sociales, sindicales, y populares mayoritarios y de las minor�as �tnicas y raciales en Colombia para informar desde su propia �ptica al mundo y al pa�s, y romper, de hecho, el cerco de silencio y mentiras a que las somete la clase dominante y sus medios de informaci�n.  As� mismo queremos que sirva de puente para agenciar las denuncias de estos sectores sociales y los que est�n en conflicto en nuestra patria, y para ayudar a conseguirles solidaridad internacional.

Somos un Proyecto de Prensa Alternativa que queremos ayude a mantener la libertad de expresi�n y de conciencia inherente al ser humano.
Buscamos que este sitio sea de b�squeda y encuentro con todos aquellos colombianos que por cualquier raz�n han tenido que partir al duro exilio. Queremos que esta p�gina sea un espacio libertario de sustento que conforte en el desarraigo, y refuerce la colectiva esperanza de la certeza del futuro so�ado para nuestra Patria.

Es en este orden de ideas que estamos invitando a participar de este esfuerzo; creando corresponsal�a con nosotros, colaborando econ�micamente para su sustento, utilizando nuestros espacios, publicitando y promoviendo esta embrionaria agencia virtual de noticias.

Somos Colombia

Pa�s maravilloso. Esquina de Suram�rica, costas sobre el Mar Caribe y sobre el Oc�ano Pac�fico. Multiracial, multi�tnico; todas las altitudes, los climas y paisajes; tres estribaciones de la Cordillera de los Andes recorri�ndolo de sur a norte; uno de los de mayor biodiversidad a escala mundial; de grandes riquezas naturales y humanas. Envidiable.

La moneda: el peso colombiano; m�ltiples religiones, pero la cat�lica es la mayoritaria; forma de gobierno: democracia burguesa supuestamente representativa de las mayor�as nacionales

Nuestra historia: 500 a�os de resistencia contra la conquista, el avasallamiento, la transculturizaci�n, la miseria y la opresi�n. Siglos atravesados por un com�n denominador: confrontaci�n violenta para resolver las contradicciones sociales.
Primero, hacia 1492, los espa�oles con su conquista a sangre y fuego de los territorios americanos, entre espadas y cruces, mitas e inquisiciones. Contra ellos, resistencia aguerrida de tribus y culturas abor�genes, de razas , hombres y mujeres ejemplares.
Despu�s el periodo colonial, tres siglos: nuevos idioma, religi�n, costumbres, esclavitud, genocidio y dependencia social, econ�mica, ideol�gica y pol�tica de la monarqu�a espa�ola.

Comienza, de 1750 en adelante, la gesta emancipadora, que tras una guerra libertaria bajo la inspiraci�n y mando del Libertador Sim�n Bol�var logra en 1819 derrotar a los espa�oles y expulsarlos del poder para instaurar una Rep�blica Federalista.
Llegan las guerras civiles y fratricidas, los nuevos due�os del poder, los futuros burgueses, desangran y empobrecen a�n m�s al pa�s, en aras de consolidar su esquema de dominaci�n y propiedad.
Nace el siglo 20 con una Rep�blica Burguesa Centralista, estable en sus principales cimientos, sobre masacres de trabajadores y las contradicciones, pugnas y violencias de los dos partidos pol�ticos, liberal y conservador, en que han divido a la naci�n y al pueblo.

En 1903 Estados Unidos usurp� tierras colombianas para construir su canal en la hoy Rep�blica de Panam�. Agresi�n y pillaje imperialista, el "Gran Garrote".
Entre atrasos feudales y reformas liberales se llegan los a�os cuarenta, de polarizaciones extremas entre ambos partidos, de surgimiento de un l�der popular antiolig�rquico, Jorge Eliecer Gait�n, asesinado el 9 de Abril de 1948 poco antes de ser elegido con toda seguridad para la presidencia de la Rep�blica. Es el "bogotazo", la furia popular incendia y destruye sin control.

Este hecho marca el comienzo de la �ltima era de nuestra historia. 50 a�os de violencia y explotaci�n irrefrenable. Liberales y conservadores hasta 1953 se exterminan en una guerra partidista que culmina con el acuerdo del Frente Nacional, en que se decide que cada cuatro a�os gobernar� un presidente que represente sucesivamente a esos partidos. Al pueblo esta vez tampoco le toca decidir su destino. Son los oscuros a�os del bipartidismo, del estado de sitio permanente. Pero se inicia al mismo tiempo otro tipo de guerra, aparece la Insurgencia Armada bajo el influjo de la ideolog�a del Partido Comunista Colombiano,   y de la influencia de las victoriosas Revoluci�nes Cubana y China. Nacen la Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC),el Ejercito de Liberaci�n Nacional (ELN), y el Ejercito Popular de Liberaci�n (EPL).
Una guerra y una manifestaci�n violenta que por primera vez se da por fuera de los sectores dominantes y sus partidos pol�ticos; una guerra que se impulsa a nombre de los explotados y oprimidos y que busca transformar radicalmente la estructura socio-econ�mica del pa�s.
Una guerra a la que actualmente estamos abocados los colombianos, intentando con ella, o con su terminaci�n, renacer de nuestras cenizas de pueblo sometido y empobrecido por la voracidad capitalista, ahora la salvaje neoliberal.
Somos Colombia. Pa�s maravilloso. Envidiable por el portento de riquezas humanas y naturales que podr�n ser utilizadas en la construcci�n de la patria nueva, cuando nuestro destino nos pertenezca definitivamente a todos.

We develop the permanent construction of this page Web dedicated to serve as reference point and connection with different people and progressive organisms of Colombia and of the whole world, so that the terrible reality is known from the subjected Colombian people to the barbarism of the neoliberal capitalism in all its manifestations, and at the same time the resistance and the fight that this liberates.

We are in Internet like an informative option of the majority social, union, and popular sectors and of the ethnic and racial minorities in Colombia to inform from their own optics to the world and the country, and to break, in fact, the silence fence and lies to that it subjects them the dominant class and their means of information. Likewise we want him to serve as bridge for to promote the accusations of these social sectors and those that are in conflict in our homeland, and to help to get them international solidarity.

We are Press Alternative's Project that we want helps to maintain the freedom of speech and of inherent conscience to the human being.
We look for that this place is of search and encounter with all those Colombians that have had to leave to the hard exile for any reason. We want that this Web Site is a liberal space of sustenance that comforts in the I eradicate, and reinforce the collective hope of the certainty of the future dreamt for our Homeland.

We Are Colombia

Wonderful country. Corner of South America, coasts on the Caribbean Sea and on the Pacific Ocean. Multiples races, multiples etnhics; all the altitudes, the climates and landscapes, three bigs arms of the mountain chain of the Andes traveling it of south to north;  one of those of greater biodiversity to world scale; of large natural and human riches. Enviable.

The currency: the Colombian weight; multiple religions, but the catholic is the majority; form of government: burgess democracy supposedly representative of the national majorities.
Our history: 500 resistance years against the conquest, the enslavitimy, the transculturasation, the misery and the oppression.Centuries crossed by a common denominator: violent confrontation to solve the social contradictions.
