mr. mike The other thing I�d like to mention sticks out a lot and it can�t help it. and that�s why I love it. if you�ve come here after going through episode arthur you probably know what I�m talking about already (if you haven�t, do check it out. You�ll find out just how nuts I am). If not, I�ll tell you. I�m talking about his beak. And I don�t say that with debasing in mind at all, because I LOVE his nose. It�s just perfect. A bit big, a bit hooked, and pointy as well, it couldn�t look better if sculpted by raphael. It looks great with his big smile and sometimes almost skeletal facial features, including his teeny ears which are so cute i could die.
mr. mike has a powerful presence, impossible to ignore for long, and dispite strong feelings it is hard to find the right words to create images for these sensations which sizzle in every cell when he appears on the screen. double so (if not quadruple) when the images are projected onto a giant movie screen and that voice coming out of huge hi-tech speakers, to the effect that compassion, anger, frustration, joy and other things are magnified to an almost insufferable level. oh how i wanted to cry when i watched alien resurrection!
i could probably go on forever but i think i'll leave the subject of how where and why with a little bit i wrote after watching gunshy. ...
