Tech week rehearsals for Cinderella at TheVillage Players (Oak Park)
(These rehearsals are when the volunteer would learn what specific tasks would be assigned to them during the actual performance. Any volunteers interested in this position would need to attend all four of these rehearsals especially if they plan to share the job with anyone else.)

Load in, set up and tech rehearsal for Cinderella at TheVillage Players (Oak Park)
� October 9-12 and 15-19 (9 a.m. � 1 p.m.)
Cinderella performances at TheVillage Players @ 10:00 and 11:30 a.m. (Oak Park)
Assigned Costume/Prop tasks are executed during the actual performances.
� October 14 (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
General Public performances for Cinderella @ 10 a.m., 11:30 and 1 p.m.
Assigned Costume/Prop tasks are performed during the actual performances.
� October 21 (ALL DAY)
Transport Cinderella sets costumes and props to Stage One Theater in Des Plaines, unload and set up.
� October 24 � (1-5 p.m.)
Strike sets, costumes and props at Des Plaines, prepare for storage and store.
� November 21, 28 & 30 (6-9 p.m.), December 1 (2-7 p.m.)

(These 4 rehearsals are when the volunteer would learn what specific tasks would be assigned to them during the actual performance. Any volunteers interested in this position would need to attend all four of these rehearsals especially if they plan to share the task with anyone else.)

Load in, set up and tech rehearsal for Hansel and Gretel at The Village Players (Oak Park)
After setting up, assigned costume/prop tasks are performed during the actual rehearsal.
� December 2 (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
Hansel and Gretel final rehearsals. All assigned costume/prop tasks are executed during the rehearsals.
� December 3 - 7 and 10 � 13 (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
School Performances for Hansel and Gretel @10 am and 11:30
Assigned costume/prop tasks are executed during the performances.
� December 8 (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
General public performances for Hansel and Gretel @ 10 a.m., 11:30 and 1 p.m.
Assigned Costume/Prop tasks are performed during the performances
� December 18 (ALL DAY) � Hansel and Gretel
Meet at The Village Players, load up all costumes, props and scenery into a truck, transfer to Des Plaines theater, unload, set up and rehearse in the evening.
� December 19 - 21 � Hansel and Gretel
Des Plaines Performances 10am and 11:30 (usual crew)
Assigned Costume/Prop tasks are performed during the actual performances
Backstage Tech Crew
(Run the technical activities backstage during a professional performance)
Volunteers would move or adjust scenery and execute special effects as needed.
Two volunteers are needed for Tech Crew. One volunteer can double as the House Manager and the other can also double as Prop/Costume Tech
