The International Club of Collector from Costa Rica been founded in 1998, for the Ing, Oscar Blanco Villalobos, collector of Banknotes, the who /it from their childhood help their brothers in their philatelic collections, which carry it to know the value of the concept of collecting, decide in 1990 begin their collection of banknotes with very little growth, but in 1996 write some european collectors the one which allows you to make grow their collection; upon needing to gather material in order to send to Europe succeed in organizing some collectors, the one which permits their personal growth, as well as of the people that help you, achieving a shipment of quantity, variety and regulate of material to the collectors of other countries.
With the apparition of the phones cards in Costa Rica for 1995, begin their collection and exchange of this material.
For final of 2000 the club relies on more than 50 members, and rely on more than 100 contacts to worldwide level, now try to improve their operation in order to respond the quantity of correspondence that receives per month.
