Welcome to the Critical Incident Response Force [CIRF]. CIRF is the Field Unit of the elite United Nations Off World Task Force, designed and implemented for interstellar exploration and defense. It was created under Resolution Number 41597D2, dated April 20th, 2004 by the United Nations Special Envoy for Planetary Defense (UNSEPD).
