A Vermont 4th of July |

We spent the long 4th of July weekend in Vermont at the lake with Terry's parents. Alexandra actually went up three days early to spend time with Nanna by herself. Nanna enjoyed spoiling her -- we heard no complaints from Alex! |

We actually spent the morning of the Fourth visiting Shelburne Farms which has a large children's area with barnyard animals and activities. Alexandra liked showing Mom how to spin wool into thread. Colby liked chasing the chickens the most. |

|
With the wonderfully warm weather, we spent a lot of time in the water. Colby simply loved it - especially getting thrown into the air and splashing. Needless to say, he was usually pretty tired by the end of the day. |
