A BRIEF POETRY AUTOBIOGRAPHY
Born into a family of writers, I began working with poetry and drama at an early age. Since then I have had numerous works produced for the stage including a number of musicals for which I wrote lyrics. I also write fiction, nonfiction, and poetry. I have been published numerous times in the United States, Japan, Britain, and Canada, including Gray Mask, Rag Mag, Fagoria, Forest Poetry Motel, and Wife Beat Press. I recently won Second Place at the Placidity Poetry Awards. I wrote a theatre review column for Slut-Wrench, and I have worked as a director with a local theatre company. I am currently writing a docu-novel about gnomes in St. Olaf.
