Sugar Artist, Jo Ellen Simon Teaching Classes
Colorado International Cake Exploration Societ is happy to announce that Jo Ellen Simon, teacher and well-known sugar artist will be teaching classes Friday, February 6thth, 2009 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO.   It will be an all-day cake decorating class from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 and again from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00.  Tuition is $90.  She will teach the fondant cake stand and 3-D brush embroidery.

Also in this class, Jo Ellen will teach a 3 dimensional brush embroidery technique.  Learn a new twist on an old favorite and make your cakes come to life.  This is a beautiful addition to any cake.  Wow your friends, relatives and customers with this new cake decorating artistry!

There will be a 50% non-refundable deposit due by January 28th, 2009.  The balance will be due at the beginning of the class.  A supply list will be sent to you after your registration has been received
