| What is Colorado ICES? We are the Colorado chapter of the International Cake Exploration Societ� (ICES). ICES is the largest cake decorating club in the world having approximately 4000 members. We are a group of sugar artists that are friendly, outgoing, and love to share our knowledge with others.
