Article VIII
5.1 Shall check, verify and examine all financial accounts of COGITO.
5.2 Shall testify to the veracity of the Treasurer�s financial statement.
5.3 Shall supervise the entire in the book of account.
5.4 Shall render a report of his audit during the Execom Meeting.
5.5 Shall do such other duties as may be delegated to him by the
President.
Sec. 6 Duties and Functions of the Internal PRO:
6.1 Shall be in-charge of matters involving internal public relations of the
COGITO.
6.2 Shall distribute any form of communication of the President or the
Vice-President within the campus.
6.3 Shall make the necessary announcement and publicity for all the
meetings, activities and affairs of the organization.
6.4 Shall coordinate with the Letran Student Council regarding its
activities.
6.5 Shall do such other duties as may be delegated to him by the
President.
Sec. 7 Duties and Functions of the External PRO:
7.1 Shall be in-charge of matters involving external public relations of
the COGITO.
7.2 Shall distribute any form of communication of the President or the
VicePresident outside the campus.
7.3 Shall do such other duties as may be delegated to him by the
President.
