Boats fitted with the Coggan Jet Pump have covered tremendous distances over the most rugged terrains - including white water rapids. The Coggan Jet Pump is strong, reliable and high performing. It has been the fitting of the Coggan Jet Pump to jet sprint race racers that has led to the development of the Superthriller.

Jet sprinting originated in New Zealand and is a very exiting form of motorsport. But the typical jet sprint craft is 3.7 metres long (12 feet) powered by an engine of 600 to 1200hp - thus are very demanding, expensive and have developed into specialised one -use boats.

Venues vary from racing around islands created in metal quarries, buoys located in open water and specified courses made with "islands", the "crew" consists of driver and navigator and each lap takes 60 to 90 seconds.
