ELECTION INFORMATION

President's Duties:

  • Preside over meetings and set meeting's agenda
  • Organize all meetings
  • Call all meetings to order
  • Turn in all updated club forms and constitution
  • Write initiation letters to all new members
  • President/Vice-president finalize semester schedule of events
  • One of two officer's w/treasurer that has access to all accounts
  • Signing of all financial documents and most professional documents
  • Maintain 1/4 required hours at cubicle
  • Maintain officer notebook
  • Attend financial training
  • Meet with Senator/SGA representative
  • Key holder of cash box
  • Appoints Historian
   
Vice President's Duties:
  • Take over President's duties when necessary
  • Make all flyers
  • Organize recruitment/club showcases
  • In charge of mammary monologues
  • Co-chair upcoming semester scheduling
  • Co-chair securing venues when applicable
  • Co-chair conference preparations
  • Maintain 1/4 required hours at cubicle
  • Maintain officer notebook
  • Organize banquet at the end of each semester
  • Gather research when needed
  • Organize committees

Treasurer's Duties:
  • Prepare budget for upcoming fiscal year
  • Attend financial training
  • Meet with Senator/SGA representative
  • Collect dues
  • Oversee any intake of funds/donations
  • Handle disbursement of funds and Balance account
  • Key holder of cashbox
  • Prepare all paperwork for funding
  • Oversee fundraisers
  • Co-chair securing venues when applicable
  • Co-chair conference preparations
  • Prepare sponsorship letters with Secretary
  • Co-chair scholarship committee with Secretary
  • Co-organize banquet
  • Oversee t-shirt orders
  • Keep record of birthdays (In order to collect money for gifts)
  • Maintain 1/4 required hours at cubicle
  • Maintain officer notebook

Secretary's Duties:
  • Keep minutes for officer meetings and general meetings, including who is present
  • Send weekly emails and announcements
  • Update website
  • Keep current and new member forms
  • Send out all correspondence (including emails, sponsorship letters, thank you cards, etc.)
  • Keep extra club materials
  • In charge of getting officer nominations from members
  • Make new member certificates
  • Co-chair scholarship committee with Treasurer
  • Maintain 1/4 required hours at cubicle
  • Maintain officer notebook
  • Liaison between other clubs/departments/programs
  • Prepare sponsorship letters with Treasurer
  • Take over Historian duties when necessary
