Well I took it apart, But how do i put it back together? What was planned as just an engine swap with a bunch of clean up and detailed turned into a total frame off resto. So far I have cut out a big section of the firewall and welded in a new 16 guage nice flat piece in its place. I have also filled and smoothed all the holes and blemishes in the firewall and smoothed it out with body filler. I then painted the floor and layed down Dynamat's Extreme sound deadener throughout the entire interior; including the firewall, inner and outer doors, the whole floor, up the back seat, the trunk floors, and the trunk lid. The undercarriage was cleaned and painted first with PPG's Epoxy Primer, and then with Eastwoods "Chassis Black" which is a semi gloss black Epoxy paint. The firewall was primed, sealed, and painted with PPG's two stage paint which was matched to my body color. The frame has been PowderCoated and installed with Global West Solid Aluminum Body Bushings.
