| The pet(s) of the month for December are 16 baby platties. They were born on Saturday, November 16, 2002. Only one baby fish didn't make it through it's first week and the rest look excellent. It is fun to watch they swim around and look for food and to watch how quickly they grow. So far only three of them are easy to tell from the others. Their names are Princess, Precious, and Tiny Tim. Right now each fish is less than one half of an inch long and will grow to almost 2 inches long when full grown. |
