Nicky played a big part at Grimsby up until the 1997/1998 season where he left halfway through the season to fellow Second Division side Gillingham. Nicky recently moved to Premiership side Bolton after impressing in his 4 to 5 years at Gillingham. |

| Kevin Jobling Current Club:Telford Utd Former Clubs:Leicester,Grimsby,Shrewsbury Nationality:English Kevin signed for Grimsby from Leicester in 1988. The speedy defender stayed for Grimsby up until the end of the 1997/1998 season when he moved to Shrewsbury Town. Kevin scored 13 goals for Town in his career most of them coming in his lat season at Blundell Park. Kevin is now a player/coach at Confrence promotion pushers Telford United, after his move there half way through the 1999/2000 season. Kevin looks set to retire soon depsite being a Telford regular. |

Gary played for Grimsby from 1988 alway through to 1997, when he left the club to manage non league side Wisbech Town at the end of the 1996/1997 season. Childs only played 1 game while being the player/manager at the non league strugglers. Gary resigned from Wisbech for a player/coach role at Boston Utd,that only lasted 1 year. |

He started of at Peterborugh where he was loaned to Grimsby in the 1993/1994 season for 1 month, he was very quick but tired easily. Chima moved on to his last club Torquay before deciding to retire and coach young children in Africa. |
