COACHING IN GENERAL:
- will help you change or rearrange your beliefs and
points of view.
- will help you learn new behaviors and skills like conflict
resolution.
- will help you make decisions which result in actions more
to your own benefit. The choices you make are an important part of your life and coaching
can help you create new ways of seeing things.
- give you support during rough times
- help you get organized
- help you achieve something
- help you fix something
- help you make a change
- help you develop a plan
- help you reduce stress
- help you improve your life
Coaching and therapy are not the same thing. Therapy
deals with the roots of problems and coaching provides you with a role model or a peer who
will help you with your goals, actions, personal attainment, and general balance in
your life. A coach can help you overcome barriers and generate new choices while
learning new skills.
RELATIONSHIP COACHING:
As a relationship and diagnostic coach, I will help you
discover how to get what you want out of your relationships. If you are seeking
support as a parent, couple, or single, you have an important relationship to enrich. You
owe this to yourself and the people you have relationships with. Together we will
look at your relationship and define it, give it clarity and direction. If you are dealing
with attention deficit disorders (ADD/ADHD) in any relationship you have the added
insurance this is one of my areas of expertise. I also offer relationship classes at
teleclass.com and Womens University where I am a faculty member.

understanding. Currently, I am writing a booklet on Coaching Children which will give
guidance and direction to parents and other coaches.
