Spatial Information Technology

The student will describe terms and concepts related to spatial information technology. Students will apply concepts related to spatial information and remote sensing technologies through performance activities associated with the career clusters.. Students will identify science concepts as related to satellite communications technology. Apply communications in the development of solutions to technological problems. Interpret images from an operating weather satellite receiver. Students will explain satellite functions and orbital concepts.
