The students will describe terms and concepts related to environmental technology. Students will apply and evaluate environmental technology. The students will learn how to grow plants within a closed environment without the use of soil. This process is done with a hydro-growth solution and radish seeds. The students will also conduct water test , including acid rain studies. Perform composting experiments. The students will explain air quality management and the effects of transportation and industry on air quality.
