jason,
tinawagan ako ng taga SMB yesterday.we were suppose to have a
meeting last night kaya lang late na ako nakauwi.
tinawagan ko na lang sya mga 11 pm. nagconfirm na sya ng
sponsorship ng SMB but he requested to formalize
everything. he is asking for a proposal letter
containing the following:
- name of organization ( cnhs batch 93)
- purpose
- venue
- target date
- expected no. of guests
sagot nila lahat kung major sponsor naten sila. bands,
lights & sounds, stage, advertising materials but we
have to sell 100 cases of beers. pwede din natin silang
official sponsor sa lahat ng activities natin basta
parating may ibebenta tayong beers.
nabanggit ko kasi sa kanya na may kausap tayo sa touch
mobile kaya sabi nya, iayos daw muna yun kasi magiging
co-sponsor daw ang labas nila kapag ganun. so, less ang
ibibigay nila sa atin na freebies. pls., try your best
to attend the meeting on sunday. lapit na ng 1st event
naten. kalahati pa lang ang naaout na tickets. 135 to be
exact.
i suggest na kay rolven mo ibigay ang street party.

nagset ng tentative date ng formal meeting with karla of
padi's point si gouldie castillo (SMB) sa aug. 23 at 7pm
sa padi's. i hope you could be there. dapat dala na din
natin yung porposal at contract with karla para iline up
na tayo.
dami natin kailangan na permits kaya kailangan ng
maworkout habang maaga.

I just want to remind you of the gen. meeting on sunday
Aug. 24, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. sa julian felipe. please,
attend kayo we have to plan for our pilot activity for
this year. as in sa sabado na Aug. 30 ang ballroom
dancing project naten. kailangan ng tulong ng lahat.
syempre, last day na din ng payments ng tickets sa
sunday kasi kailangan magbayad sa jimzen ng 50% down
payment. less than 20 na lang ata ang tickets out of
250. Yahoo! Pakisabihan na din yung mga friends nyo na
kabatch natin. tnx. as of last sunday meeting, meron na
tayong sec. 21 attendee.
the supposed dinner meeting with gouldie castillo of SMB
was moved to a lunch meeting. same date, aug. 23
saturday. yung time di pa sure kasi tatawagan ko pa si
karla of padi's point. so, sorry sa mga nagbalak
gumimik, mukang di tayo tuloy. pero siguro ituloy na din
naten sa gabi....heheheh.....
