A spread sheet containing the list of all batch '93 will be created (c/o Jason Matias). This will contain informations such as member's address, mobile and landline number, e-mail address and current employer.
2. Fundings
Myla de Guzman to coordinate with CNHS Alumni Association to see if an initial funding can be released to support the first stages of the planning.
Confirmation will be sent out through e-mail and text by Wednesday. Once endowment is available, Meynard Villareal and Marifel Magsino will act as the treasurer and auditor respectively.
3. By Laws
One is already being drafted (c/o Jason Matias and Aldwin Pilapil)
4. Meetings/Gatherings
It was proposed that a weekly meeting be held every Sunday so that things will be quickly mobilized and settled.
Second meeting will be held this Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at Ladislao Diwa Elementary School. There will be a free merienda (c/o the people of the first meeting) and drinks to go along with the meeting. As suggested, the following will be the agenda:
1. Planning on how to raise funds.
2. Selection/appointment of officers (no elections yet as we still have to gather the majority of the batch.).
3. Other items that will be raised during the meeting.
We are encouraging the rest of the batch, most espeically the officers of each class to attend this Sunday's meeting. Not until a majority cast is present, it will be very difficult to draft a concrete plan.
Hope to see you guys this Sunday.
Regards,
Jason Matias, IV-1

D. Logo and Letter Head, done
I used a tree rooted on a book as a symbol for our batch to symbolize how members of our alumni has grown to be successful people in different fields. It symbolizes how our hard work and dedication in our studies has grown into a tree of opportunities which eventually bear fruits of success. You may give your comments if you want to have our logo changed.
4. General Meeting is set on August 3, 2003.
5. Committee heads will present their goals and objectives next Sunday.
Again, we are appealing to the rest of the batch to attend the weekly meeting. Slowly, we are getting progress but we still need the support of the rest of the alumni to achieve our targeted reunion in December. Weekly meeting is held at the Multi Purpose Hall of Julian Felipe Elementary School at 3:00 p.m. Please come.
Hope to see new faces on Sunday.
Regards to all,
Jason Matias
