To the youth leaders of today,

Young ones Hail! It is through us that blood continuously pump the veins of our beloved Inang Bayan. It is through us that hope showers our future with glory. Yes, we are the most wonderful creation of God, a creation with a purpose.

CMLI is an organization conceptualized based from youth organizations established in Russia. Atty. Fernanda Balboa saw the immense potential of the youth in nation building through such organization.

It is therefore our vision that youth can act towards the attainment of a common goal. We believe that we can do something, no, we can do everything if we all work together.
