BIO

Mr. Isreal is a seasoned information technology professional with advanced knowledge in network infrastructure architecture, development, support, system integration and technology planning. He has over 30 years of experience in the technology arena including 15 years high tech R&D of computer and telephony systems and 10 years in IT.

Mr. Isreal has served as the Senior Manager, Distributed Technology for Victoria’s Secret Catalogue, where he was responsible for the development and support of the network/client/server infrastructure and was involved in the launch of the highly successful Victoria's Secret e-commerce site. Additional experience includes serving as Manager, Systems Development for ICON Industrial Controls Corporation and he held several positions at AT&T Bell Labs.

TECHNICAL FOCUS

My primary technical focus is network infrastructure project management, development and 7x24 production operation support. Infrastructure platforms include LAN, WAN, servers, voice and video systems, desktop appliances (PC's and telephones) and personal digital assistant (PDA) devices. Infrastructure systems include the horizontal systems that are used by all users such as e-mail, file/printer servers, and web servers and specific systems such as backup systems, firewalls, DNS, WINS and DHCP servers.

Project Management includes project scoping, risk assessment, task decomposition, budgeting, resource planning, and scheduling.
Development processes include needs analysis, proposal/capital request, system design, implementation and delivery. 
Support is a problem management process to track and resolve user requests and system/equipment problems via various support sub-processes such as helpdesk (logging, tracking, tiered resolution), user management, security, inventory and software license management, software distribution, system and network management, change management and configuration management systems. 

I am committed to managing the Infrastructure Development and Support Processes with the confines of any defined customer processes.
