Fixed the bug in 'Dtype' dropdown. Total rewrite of dropdown
management. Some minor enhancements added.

An error was found in 'GoTo' function: editing the reached record
causes an erroneous reinsertion into Correspondence's database. Fixed.

Sometimes, when inserting/editing a record, the 'DType' dropdown
does'nt correctly appears. The bug seems to awake more frequently on
certain palm units (Tungsten? VFS?) and is currently in debug.
Temporary workaround: restarting the program eliminates the bug.
