Duct Tape Corset, Step 3:
Finishing
Now that the wrapping is done, you can reward your friend with ice cream!  Or you can wrap her/him and work on Step 3 together!
Cutting:

Cut off all of the excess plastic from the bag.
Cut the top of the corset to the shape you want.
Finishing the Edges:

Cut strips of duct tape that are long enough to cover every curve of your corset's edges.  Fold these lengthwise over the top edge, the bottom edge, and the opening edges.  This will provide reinforcement and make your corset look pretty.  You will have to vary the strip length in order to fit it smoothly over the edges.
Grommeting:

Look at your grommets and decide how many you need.  The tighter your corset, the closer you want them, otherwise it will gape between holes. About one per inch works on tighter ones for me.  If it is not truly cinching your waist and laces up the back, you can space them a little wider.
Use your dry-erase marker to mark where you want the holes placed.  Make sure they line up on both sides and are not too far from or close to the edges!
Follow the instructions on your particular grommet kit to fasten the grommets securely.

You should now have a finished corset!  Use your ribbon to lace it up, and head out for some fun!
