Special Operations 

Special Operations are Weekly Cleaning Duties that cover one specific area. Each week is a different area and it roughly works out to working on each area once every two weeks. These Missions combined with the Daily Missions and Invasions and your house should take little work to maintain and give you much more free time every day.
Once you join The Clutter Club you will get notified of each Spec Op by email.  Sometimes there may be a little special or extra mission as well.
