Na'amat was founded in 1925, with a mission to enhance the status of women, children, and families in Israel. Na'amat (previously known as Pioneer Women) exists in 11 countries, and Na'amat Canada is a strong and committed branch. Na'amat is a Hebrew acronym for the words "Women Working and Volunteering".
