About Squash (from NU Squash) The Northwestern Club Squash Team is a competitive program with matches in the Chicagoland area and across the country. The team travels to several states including Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut for competitions against varsity programs like Colgate, Hamilton, and Denison. In 2001-2002, NU Squash had a 4-6 record against other undergraduate
squash programs, including a win over Penn State, a revenge from the 2000-2001
season. Squash season runs from mid-October to the end of February. During that time, team members practice two days a week, Sundays and Wednesdays, for 2- 3 hours each session. Practices take place from 4-7 PM at the the Northwestern University rec center, SPAC. Interested in playing or want to know more? Contact Dinesh Balakrishnan. |
