This is a Skin designed for the popular media player winamp. You will need the latest version of Winamp to use this skin. You can get Winamp here.

Then when it asks you to save it save it in a place where you won't forget where it is. After the download is finished unzip the file to your Winamp Skins folder (typically C:\Program Files\Winamp\skins). Then open Winamp and select "cloudsvillamp" from the skins menu. Voila! Done.
