Subject: No Political Meaning of 20

Three of my previous letters, among which "Apec's Four Arrows Up", were written on 20 September 2007. Regarding the date, there has to be an explanation here that it has nothing to do with political matters.

It is important to make this explanation, otherwise there could be some misunderstandings as if my promise not to enter politics would be interpreted as "maybe because he finds it too hard to become the number one person, and now he is targeting the position of number two person".

So I should clarify here that I have no intention to enter the politics, either for number one person or number two person or any other positions.

New York oil price hits record high 82.51 dollars

LONDON (AFP) - The price of oil in New York surged to a record high 82.51 dollars per barrel on Wednesday following news that crude reserves tumbled in the United States last week. New York's main futures contract, light sweet crude for delivery in October, hit the historic peak after publication of the US Department of Energy (DoE) report.

In London, the price of Brent North Sea crude for November delivery jumped to 78.49 dollars per barrel -- which was not far off its all-time high of 78.64 dollars that was struck in August 2006.

The DoE said Wednesday that US crude inventories plunged by 3.8 million barrels to 318.8 million barrels in the week ending September 14. That was almost double analysts' consensus forecasts for a drop of about 2.0 million.

When I wrote my previous letter of "Oil Price Record High of ' 80 ' After Paris ' 8' Endeavour", there was a worry in me because the number of the price, 80, could have a different interpretation. Since in my former neighborhood, number 8 was the house of my friend Theo, and Indonesian with Jewish mother, therefore 80 could be interpreted as "Theo wold be zero".

Thank God later on there was the news about new record high of oil price, no longer at US $ 80 but at US $ 82, as if to answer my worry.
