Wall Street barreled higher Wednesday, propelling the Dow Jones industrials to their second straight record high close as investors shrugged off lackluster economic news and grew more optimistic that the Federal Reserve will lower interest rates as the economy cools.

Stocks should extend their rally next week, taking the Dow to fresh records, as long as corporate earnings keep topping expectations and beat back concerns that equities have gotten a tad pricey recently.

Painting design of Paris Hilton with Bali fan dancer, the painting size of  89 x 145 cm, whereas Paris Hilton is at the down right part of this painting. This painting was started at August 3, 2006.

It was then followed by an appearance of Paris Hilton on August 24, 2006  whereas she was going down the stairs like in the photo below.

Recent significant record high level in Dow Jones index was like inspired by my painting of Paris Bali Dancer whereas Paris Hilton is placed at the down part of this painting. And she did make a response when she was photographed going downstairs at her visit in Japan. So it becomes like “Paris’ Down for Dow Jones First Time 12,000”.

It is the first time high in Dow Jones' 110 year history, accordingly set the new history for Wall Street.

The historical moments began on Thursday, September 28, 2006, when the level reached record high in six years, more than the previous record of 11,722.98 set back on Jan. 14, 2000. Then it became unstoppable, DOW hits a record high second day in a row Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2006, at 11,850.

Thursday Oct. 12, 2006, The New York Stock Exchange witnessed the Dow Jones industrial average crossing 11,900 for the first time.

Wednesday Oct.18, 2006, it reached another new high of 12,000 -- the first time in 110 year history. Actually this level has been approached on the previous days, but it was like waiting until October 18 to reach 12,000. In Jakarta, the license plate for the down under Australia is CD 18. At the closing time it still fell again under 12,000.

Thursday Oct. 19, 2006 for the first time it was closed at 12,000.

This makes the painting of Paris Bali Fan Dancer reaches another historical moment, this time related with the Wall Street first time Dow Jones 12,000 level in 110 year history.

And it happened a few months after I posted in these letters the "Mr. Warren Buffet's Donation Through Your Foundation" that contains photos of Mr. Warren Buffett, the second richest man in the world who is known as the US investment guru.
