Recipe - Original Buffalo Wings |
INGREDIENTS
5 lbs. - Fresh large chicken wings
Oil for Deep Frying
Durkee/French Hot Sauce
Butter or Margarine
1. Cut wings at the joints. Save tips for soup stock.
2. Heat deep fryer to 350 degrees.
3. Fry wings in small batches until done (approximately 8-10 minutes depending on equipment).
4. Prepare sauce according to taste. (Medium heat is approximately 1 cup of Hot Sauce to 1/2 cup butter/margarine)
5. Drain excess oil and immediately place in large bowl. Coat with sauce mixture.
6. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese.
