Featured Recipe - Original Buffalo Wings

INGREDIENTS
  • 5 lbs. - Fresh large chicken wings
  • Oil for Deep Frying
  • Durkee/French Hot Sauce
  • Butter or Margarine


  • 1. Cut wings at the joints. Save tips for soup stock.
    2. Heat deep fryer to 350 degrees.
    3. Fry wings in small batches until done (approximately 8-10 minutes depending on equipment).
    4. Prepare sauce according to taste. (Medium heat is approximately 1 cup of Hot Sauce to 1/2 cup butter/margarine)
    5. Drain excess oil and immediately place in large bowl. Coat with sauce mixture.
    6. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese.
