WHAT IS CAP AND WHAT IS BACK?
In partnership with the County of Huron and the Huron County Library it is my pleasure to announce in partnership to the Clinton Public Library and its affiliates that C.A.P. is back! The Community Access Program is a Government of Canada initiative, administered by Industry Canada, which aims to provide Canadians with affordable public access to the Internet and skills they need to use it effectively. The program plays a crucial role in bridging the digital divide by encouraging on-line learning and literacy and promoting various levels of Canadian E-Commerce.
