Why Aaron Should Not be First Trombone!

There are many reasons why Aaron should not a be a first trombone!  This will list a few of those reasons.

The responsibilities of being a first trombone...
1. Be a leader to all other trombones! (cough 'not Aaron' cough)

2. Be able to play trombone! (cough 'not Aaron' cough)


So in other words First trombone is a place of responsibility and only certain people should me allowed to be First trombone. All others should be a third (cough 'Aaron' cough) (thirds are trombones who are horrible at playing trombone and deserve to be a trumpet). Second trombone are for those who are naturally skilled in the art of the trombone but do not see it as top priority in their life so do not practice as much to develop their natural skills.

When deciding on who will be first trombone there can be mistakes made. (cough

one example of this is putting Aaron as first' cough)

If you want proof or Aaron being unqualified for the honor of first trombone, look at his profile.  It puts me down.  That is not a good way to gain respect and without respect you can not be a leader!

If the first trombones can not be leaders they might as well play flute (sounds horrible even with a great leader).  A leader can keep people on task.  This is very important for trombone section because it has very sociable people in it.  But if Aaron keeps on insulting the SECOND trombones and the thirds (which Aaron used to be and should be) then no one is ever going to listen to him so people will not respect him as a leader and will not listen to his wishes. 

This is very painful to say, but if you want to see good example of good picks for Firsts look at the trumpets.  Andrew is first chair and Orion second, and this is with good reason.  They both have good leadership qualities and both know how to play the trumpet very well. 

Another reason that is less important!

-Aaron does not have a cool trigger trombone!

           Yes, this isn't that important but we all know my trombone is cool because it is a TRIGGER TROMBONE. If Aaron could actually play is beginners trombone nicely then it wouldn't matter but because me and Aaron are at the same level I should be put ahead of him because of my trombone.  Yes it does seem a bit unfair but the trombone enables me to play with a bigger sound and I can go higher and lower. 

-Aaron does not respect the idea that if you are second chair then you most get out the folder, take out the music and make sure all trombone players have stands and chairs. That is just part of being a second chair in the trombone section.
