I would not recommend Mykonos for you, hikers, except, of cource if you are masochistic.
If you venture off road here you are likely to (dead) end up in some private property and be intimidated away by fierce dogs, or, even worse, before you notice be arrested for spying, if you are caught up taking pictures near the millitary installations to the island's east...
So, take your time for some so to say ...lazy vacation here!
