Tentative daily schedule for Spring team, arriving in Hanoi on 3^rd, March 06

 Day 1 – Friday, 3^rd, March 06

• Arrive in Hanoi at Noi Bai Airport ~ 10:30am.

• Go through custom and check out of airport 1:00PM.  Leaving for Viet tri , arrive at 4:00pm

• Check-in, rooms assignment and clean up. Visit orphanage.

• Light dinner 7:30pm – Inventory bins –  Light Out 

  Day 2 – Saturday, 4^th March 06  -  Breakfast at 7:00am

• 8am – Sorting bins

• 2:00pm visit Doan Hung school or King Hungs Temple.

  Day 3 – Sunday 5^th March, 06  – breakfast at 7:00am      Ist Clinic

• Drive to Thanh Ba, 1^st clinic at Thanh Ba orphanage. First clinic, we should be rested and ready.

• Clinic close at 4:00pm pack up and go back to hotel.

• Dinner at 6:00pm – Leave for Hanoi right after dinner.

 Day 4 – Monday 6^th March, 06 – breakfast at 6:00am.  Bus leave at 6:30am   2^nd Clinic

• Travel to Ha Tay and work at Father Ly’s church.  Return to Hanoi.  

 Day 5 – Tuesday 7^th March, 06 – Team day off

• Visit Soc Son leprosy colony, leave hotel at 8:00am (optional)

• Team leave the hotel at 8:50pm for the  train station in Hanoi, depart to Sapa.   

 Day 6 – Wednesday 8^th  06 arriving the hotel in Sapa at 6:00am    3^rd Clinic

• Breakfast at 8:00am, leave for the boarding school at 8:50am

  Day 7 – Thursday, 9^th March 06  -  Breakfast at 6:30am     4^th Clinic

• Leaving for Lao Chai valley, clinic at Lao Chai Clinic and school

• Dinner in Sapa at 6:00pm

• Leave for train station at 7:30pm, returning to Hanoi.

  Day 8 – Friday, 10^th March 06  - arrive in Hanoi at 6:00am

• Clean up at Hotel – Free time

• Leaving Hanoi – Fly to Da nang in the afternoon

  Day 9 – Saturday 11^th March 06 – Breakfast at 7:00am leave for Sweet Water at 8:00am 5^th Clinic

• Clinic at Sweet Water 

• Leaving for Hoi An after clinic, dinner in Hoi An Vinh Hung Reort. 

 Day 10 – Sunday 12^th March 06 – Breakfast at 7:00am leave for clinic in Hoi An at 7:45am 6^th Clinic

•  Clinic in Hoi An, close at 4:00pm

   Day 11 – Monday 13^th March 06  - Free time in Hoi An during morning – Fly to Saigon in the afternoon 

 Day 12 – Tuesday 14^th March 06        breakfast at 7:00am – 8:00am drive to HCMC Youth Shelter. 7^th clinic

• Clinic close at 4:00pm – Dinner together  

 Day 13 – Wednesday 15^th March 06  breakfast at 6:30am 7:30am leave for  Good Shepherd Home

• Clinic at Good Shepherd – Lunch at the orphanage.     8^th clinic

• Dinner together at Sister Hai

  Day 14 – Thursday 16^th March 06 breakfast at 6:30am  7:30am leave for Lai Thieu home 9^th clinic     

Day 15 – Friday 17^th March 06–  Day off – sign up for sight seeing – Team farewell dinner will be at 7:00pm

 Day 16 – Saturday – Leave the hotel at 9:30am – Team goes home

 This is a tentative schedule.  We will change it from day to day to accommodate our team’s needs and the needs of our mission.
