Research advisor:
Dr. Jason Woo.
Studied performance improvements and tradeoffs in MOS devices through cooling down to 77 K (12/93 - 4/99). Click here to get more details. Fabricated a total a five wafer lots (both bulk and SOI) at Stanford University.
Check
out Kryotech, a company that is
selling AMD based PC's that are overclocked and cooled down to -40 C. Pretty
cool! (pardon the pun...)
Examined extraction methods and techniques for obtaining parasitic source/drain resistance and effective channel length in MOS devices at low temperatures (1/93 - 12/93).
Assisted in Si/SiGe MBE growth, processing, and characterization for high speed devices. This work was done under Dr. Kang Wang (9/92 - 12/92).
MBE Software - UC San Diego (4/90 - 6/92).
