Characters

Cliche Quest is blessed with three corny, normal, overused, and unoriginal superb main characters, that are the result of classes on character development, Honors 9th Grade English, and a lifetime of RPGs, Anime, and Manga. On top op that, we have worked long hours on making back up characters, NPCs, stunt devils, and bad guys. The following is a brief description of these characters. As soon as Pope gets off his lazy ass, these descriptions will be accompanied by pictures...but for now, deal with bold text.

Pope:
Pope could be considered the only person on the face of the planet who would play a game as...well...clich...as Cliche Quest. It was Pope's Playstation 2 that malfunctioned and threw the three gamers into the horribly unoriginal game to begin with. Pope, the warrior of the crew, is likely the most rational of the three main characters, preferring to fly through the game at breakneck speed and go back for all the side quests later. As far as Cliche Quest is concerned, he will not hesitate to use the Official Cliche Quest Player's Guide if the need arises, for he does not particularly relish the thought of dying (despite the fact that his death would only result in returning to the last save point).

Frisco:
Like Pope, Frisco was an avid candidate for playing Clich Quest, but for his own reasons. Frisco was a bit skeptical about playing the game at first, but once the power has been switched on he felt he must beat it. He will not rest at ease until he has conquered the game inside and out. Unlike Pope, Frisco feels obligated to search out every corner of every dungeon until he has found every hidden item. Because of this, he will most likely hold the group back somewhat as he meticulously searches out every legendary item that just happen to actually exist in the Clich Quest. In the real world, Frisco was an avid musician, but the gods of fate have a twisted sense of humor. When he was warped into Popes Playstation 2 his sense of melody and rhythm was lost and found he must start at square one. A fate worst than death, Frisco finds himself forced to start over as a beginning musician. Frisco also finds himself at a loss with the ladies, although that is nothing new. The one thing that keeps him going is the hope that he might be able to score with one of the digital chicks.

Fenris:
Fenris is the silent destoyer. While on the place that we call 'Earth', he was nothing more than your normal white kid with dreams of making it big in Japan, programming Final Fantasy 15, and bringing the franchise back to the hayday of FF1-4, and 6-7. However, once he is sucked into Pope's PS2, he is changed. In Cliche Quest, he is the illegitimate child of a murdered Shurikan-throwing Japanese ninja, and a Squaresoft programer swimming in l33+n355, but who was forced into programming Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. The murder of his father, and FFMQ, haunt him to this day. While his true intentions are to work behind the scenes, manipulating the world as a dictator through a shadow regime of Libratarian Socialist origins, he will settle into his role as the silent assassin to prevent the world from falling to the Evil Communist Empire. However, once the world is save from Communism, only he can save it from Capitalism. Err... maybe he will just go around killing random people. Whatever.
