HISTORY

CELEBRATING LIFESPRING MINISTRY CHURCH

Began as a small study group of about a dozen people in 2000 at a place
called Nambale in Kenya E. Africa. Sensing God's call to a greater commitment
to his purposes and to one another, we incorporated as a local church in 2001
meeting in Homes and various places, we continued to grow as we worshiped
the lord and sought His will for us as a church. Many local people joined
our congregation during this early season of growth.

In 2002, Pastor Moses Andunga was ordained
as the first Senior Pastor of the church.

In 2003, we leased our first public place of worship in Nambale town.
During this time we began to develop outreaches to other places i.e.
Bungoma town, Busia town, Mumias town, Webuye town, Kakamega
town. Our families also began to grow with many children causing us to
establish a much needed children's ministry to
accommodate our children during our Sunday service.

In 2004, we affiliated with Bethesda Ministries which helped our
congregation to get established as a viable local church. With a firm
commitment to team ministry, we ordained several elders during this time.

With this next season came training our leaders and seeking to clarify
our rural vision in a time when many churches were forsaking the rural and
the poor. Believing that the local church is truly the hope of every community, we
decided to remain based in the rural, making it our permanent
home. This decision came in at the end of 2004.

In 2005 March 15th, we fully become a Ministry under touch
of Faith INC. "Outreach Ministry" which has its head quarters
in USA in which whose founder and president is Rev. Jean D. Coe.

We have had much joy seeing Celebrating Life Spring Ministry become
established in last four years. We have had great impact into the lives of
thousands of people during this time through our many outreaches.
We mainly have a lot to celebrate in this 4th anniversary year. However, for
Celebrating Life Spring Ministry, we believe the best is yet to come.
Through every season Celebrating Life Spring Ministry has remained a strong,
growing local church with an exceptional vision and a deep devotion to Jesus
Christ. Together we are becoming a prevailing, multigenerational local church
with growing influences in Western Kenya and beyond. We invite you to
partner with us in this unfolding adventure of God's advancing kingdom.
