Why we did it:
 | We enjoyed viewing the planets through our class telescope and wanted to
learn more on our own. |
| We were tired of listening to Mr. Holbrook go on about how tough school
was when he was a kid. |
| We all want to become astrophysicists thanks to Mr. Holbrook. |
How we did it:
| We applied for a grant from the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation. |
| Parent volunteers helped with the difficult jobs. |
| Mr. Holbrook cut out the plywood pieces. |
| We cut, sanded, assembled, and painted the telescopes. |
