Policies
1 "CLASS II SUPPLIES"Ltd. are committed to helping customers learn about their interests, in addition to making available to them a range of quality items.
2 "CLASS II SUPPLIES"Ltd. in no way seek to glorify war, or support any political doctrine. We offer items solely in the interest of furthering historical study and understanding.
3 In respect of the laws of other countries, we do not undertake sales of Third Reich period (1933-45) German collectibles to France, Germany, or Austria.
Guarantee
We guarantee that all our items are of pre.1946 manufacture unless otherwise stated. We operate a no quibble money back guarantee if an item is returned. Customers have a three day inspection period. In order to qualify for a refund minus shipping costs, items must be returned in the same condition as dispatched. Any tampering or damage to the items will render the guarantee void. Please note that a 3% service charge will be levied on any returned items purchased by credit card.
Item order/hold period
On receipt of an order, the referred to item/s will be put on hold for five days to enable payment to be made. If payment or deposit are not received within this time, the item will once again be made available for sale.
Payment
We accept cheques (including U.S. personal cheques) , Postal orders, International money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Eurocard, etc. Please note that there is a 2% charge levied on credit card purchases including shipping costs.
Layaway
Our Layaway terms are available for purchases over $140 / �100. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required, followed by a period of three months in which the balance must be paid in full. "CLASS II SUPPLIES"Ltd. will hold the item, to be dispatched on receipt of the final payment. If after three months the balance is incomplete, the item will be made available for sale once more. Any payment made in addition to the initial deposit will then be refunded.
Shipping
The purchaser pays all shipping costs. These costs will vary considerably in regard to items, destination, and method of carriage. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. As we are unable to insure parcels for international destinations, the purchaser assumes all responsibilities for the parcel once dispatched from "CLASS II SUPPLIES"Ltd. This includes all customs charges. Please note that due to our location, we currently only ship once a week.
