Rules of -TS- >
RULES AND REGUALTIONS OF CLAN --TEMPLAR SOULS--

SECTION 1.1
Dueling is generally permitted by the -TS-, and you may say things to get people to fight, but you may not PK unless you witness they are carnage or unless its a duel. In -TS- tournaments and duels, you MAY NOT town guard. You may however stand in town to wait for the perfect moment to run outside. Once a duel starts, you may not run into town unless you are willing to forfeit the duel. If you run into town, you automatically lose.

Section 1.2 (Defending yourself and Duels)
You may not deliberately attack another member of the -TS- unless it is a duel or your opponent knows that you are going to attack or cause damage to him or her. You may have duels at any time. You may only PKK someone who is causing you harm, for instance, if someone attacks you, then that gives you authorization to return some kind of attack.

Section 2.1 (Being in TWO clans)
You may not be in two clans or guilds at the same time, unless you are in a guild for another game that is not supported by the -TS-, like Ultima Online for instance.

Section 2.2 (PKing for a reason)
You may not attack ANY person for any reason unless they are causing you or your allies harm.

Section 2.3 (Starting A War)
You may not start a WAR with ANY guild or clan, unless authorized by one of the high council or the one of the leaders. If you are badmouthing a guild member from another guild, you are risking your rank, so DO NOT DO IT.

Section 2.4 (Causing problems with other Guilds or Clans)
You may not cause problems with allied clans. If you do so, you are risking your rank. You must treat all members and allied guilds and clans with RESPECT. If you have a problem come to a high council member or the Leaders.

Section 3.1 (Our Bots)
We do allow bots, but, do to request we do not allow spamming bots, we prefer them to be command based, so that someone can request information. You may have the bot send a private message to the new people that enter the channel.

Section 3.2 (Bots and Other Guilds and Clans)
We do not allow any of these following situations or anything that is similar. You may not use a bot in the -TS- to promote any other guild, clan or organization. You may not use a bot that is spamming in any -TS- channels, or private messaging. You may however use them for chatting purposes.
Section 3.3 (Annoying Bots)
We prefer that members who use bots to recruit do it in a non-annoying fashion; people look down upon the typical bots that drive people insane. Do not use the -TS- name in your bot, if you decide to cause someone problems with that particular bot.

Section 4.1 (Abusing the NAME OF CLAN/GUILD name)
We only allow acknowledged members of the -TS- to use the -TS- name. Not all the time, mainly for meetings, tournaments, etc. You may add this name to your character after you have been accepted as a member by one of the high council, or if that person is a recruiter. Sometimes, you may not know, so please wait until you have received confirmation from either the High Council or one of the -TS- leaders. After you have received confirmation you may add your TS- to your account name and character name. It can also look like -TS
REMEMBER YOU MUST MAKE ONE, BUT YOU CAN STILL USE ALL OTHER ACCOUNTS YOU USE. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR TS WHILE IN MEETINGS AND TOURNAMENTS

Section 4.2 (Allied Guilds and Clans)
You must treat all allies as if they were your own clan. If you do not, you may be risking your rank, and/or be temporarily removed from the -TS.

Section 4.3 (Voting)
You dont have to vote everyday, it is not mandatory, but the rest of the clan will appreciate it.

Section 4.4 (Trading Items)
When you are Trading Items, it is recommended that you look in the -TS- first before you go to another resource for your trades. That way, if you ever decide you would like to trade back for an item that you traded previously it is possible. NOTE: The other member has the right to say NO.

Section 4.5 (Stealing Items)
If you are invited to a -TS- game, and you steal an item from a member, regardless of the value, you will be removed from the -TS- without delay. If you are offered some items, by all means take them, and if you see something on the ground, you must ask the people in the game, whose it is, before you take it. You are allowed however to view items that are on the ground, as long as you put it back shortly after.

Section 4.6 (The Forum)
Swearing in the forum is not permitted, unless it is absolutely necessary, for instance, someone is badmouthing -TS-  or one of its members. Use good judgment as to when is the correct time to swear.

Section 4.7 (Respecting Higher Ranks)
You must OBEY and listen to ALL orders from ANY higher ranking member, if you question the Order, speak to -TS- High Council to find out more about the situation. Avoid situations that do not pertain to you directly. If you have a huge situation, you must speak to High Council and the -TS-  leader

Section 4.8 (Inactivity)
If you are not seen posting in the -TS-  forum, or if you arent playing in -TS-  games for over 30 days without reason, you may be put into an inactive state, where you have 15 days to inform us that you are not inactive (Reason Given), At that point, the -TS- has the power and authority to remove you from the -TS-.

Section 4.9 (Active Status)
To be a fully active and fully dedicated member, you must follow these requirements, you must post a message in the forum at least once or twice a week, you must enter a -TS- game at least once a week, if you have other reasons as to why you cant, please inform us of the situation. Voting also helps you achieve the goal of extremely dedicated member, and your rank will increase.

Section 5.0 (Passwords)
You MAY NOT give any -TS- Affiliated passwords to ANYONE, except members of the -TS-. If you are EVER given a -TS- password for a website, email, account anything other than a game password, you must keep it secret, and do not tell anyone, if you do, you may be removed from the -TS- entirely and stripped of all privileges.

Section 5.1 (New Recruits)
If you are a new recruit (new member), then you must start with the first rank (apprentice). Then you must work your way up the ranking ladder. Click here if you want to know how. You must have an e-mail to join. I suggest getting one from yahoo, hotmail, lycos, or somewhere else. The ones that I listed are free. Once youve given your recruiter your e-mail address, you will be sent e-mail within 24 hrs. It will tell you current news of -TS-, current members, current events, tournaments, meeting dates and times, etc. It will also tell you what to put in your account name, and how to make a new account for TS.

Section 5.4 (Meetings)
You must come to meetings often. If you do not come to meetings, and you miss about 3 in a row, you will become an inactive player and be in the inactive list, too. The High Council will host the meetings and have the topics for the meeting, too. It will be in the TS channel. The date will be on Saturdays, and at 5:00pm Pacific (USA) time. If you have a topic that the High Council should talk about in the meetings, you must e-mail them, or post your topic on the post. The High Council will check your post and make it a topic, if it sounds important.  You also must have good manners during meetings, and do not interrupt the speaker. You may talk when the speaker is finished. Meetings should take about 5-15 minutes, depending on the number of topics.

Section 5.5 (Tournaments)
In tournaments, you must follow the tournament rules. If you have an idea of a certain tournament, then please e-mail one of the High Council members. If they think your idea is good and is approved by the leaders, then it will become a tournament. Sometimes the guild must vote on it if the High Council and the Leaders do not know if it should be, or should not be a tournament.

These Rules may be changed at any time. Please be advised, that you may or may not receive chances if you disobey any rule. Of course different rules have different outcomes if you break them, so just dont break them. These rules are made for the Good of the clan, and we believe that we can keep this place the way it should be, as long as these rules are followed.
