Clan Rules

All clan rules are subject to change by clan vote.

  • Any member of Clan [-NewBz-] seen using a different name will be subject to an immediate clan vote of being kicked out from the clan. If at least a 60% majority of the clan vote to kick you out, you are hereby kicked out of the clan, and an immediate e-mail or AIM message will be prompted.

  • Clan members disrespecting other clan members are given a strict warning. A second offense will incur being kicked from the server for approximately 1 week. A third offense will have the offender subjected to an immediate clan vote of being kicked out of the clan. Same rules for the clan vote as above.

  • All clan decisions that involve kicking out a member or depromoting/promoting a member will be decided by the clan, equal votes doled out to each member. This makes it so that Co-Leaders do not rule over any clan decision, and neither do Honorary Members.

  • There is a certain distinct caste-ranking system in this clan. Co-Leaders will decide clan decisions that do not affect internal clan workings, but do effect the clan in some way, IE, making monthly payments for the server. There also comes with a rank, a certain defined respect. Members respect Co-Leaders and Honorary Members, and Honorary Members respect Co-Leaders. In return, Co-Leaders and Honorary Members help make administrative commands that dictate the way the clan is run, and also show a certain degree of respect to members that is given to them. When respect is not shown, this destroys any such civilized clan. We will not have this in this clan. Subject to an approval by clan vote, any such member showing disrespect to any other member will either be stripped of his lavish ranking, or, if only a Member, subject to being kicked out of the clan.

  • Clan members that give out the passwords for administrator access to those who are not designated to have it, IE, are not paying for it, will be immediately kicked out of the clan. No clan vote will take place, and new passwords will be created.

  • Clan members are expected to attend all clan meetings and clan matches/skirmishes. Exceptions will be made if the whining and porn pictures are good enough :)

  • A somewhat courteous manner is expected of all Clan [-NewBz-] members. Anyone short of this low standard of courtesy, IE, frequent racist comments, excessive spamming in the server, and generally making a bad reputation for our clan, will be subject to a clan vote.

  • Clan members who make clan challenges or skirmishes with other clans that are not Co-Leaders or Honorary Members will be subject to immediate clan vote. This is serious, folks � I like competition as much as the next guy, but I know what a waste of time is, and I don�t want to spend two solid hours playing a clan match on it. Suggest to me a clan or a group of players to play against, and I will be open-minded. Set up the challenge yourself, and you will be subjected to a clan vote.

  • Finally, any clan members seen using hacks or any other program that is not intended by the game designers to be used in the game will be subjected to an immediate clan vote. Again, a 60% vote must be acquired to kick somebody out, but if blatant cheating is obvious by everyone, and the person does not acquire a sufficient number of votes, the person will be kicked out nonetheless. We don�t want cheaters in our clan, guys.
