Ranks:
Elite - at least 300 wins (highest level)
General - at least 200 wins
Sergeant - at least 100 wins on GmR] account
Private - in training - new GmR] account (lowest level)
Rules:

2. Do not run around in games
3. No map hack permitted
4. No back stabbing
5. Work as a team
