Thanks for Joining the *TCO* (Tactics Clan Omega) the below is information and regulation you need to know about this Clan.

Alias-

All Names must have the *TCO* name in front of them. This is VERY importaint!
Example:
*TCO* SOLDIER
*TCO* Sniper
*TCO* Trainee

Maintaining Contact

All members must remain in contact with the Leaders. If a month goes by and no word comes from you, you may be dropped. Also Please visit the site as much as possible.

Priority

Depending on Rank a certain priority comes to call. Basically if someone of higher rank requests something like ammo or cover you should do it. For more Info see Positions/Chain of Command.

Rank Order

The following is the order of rank:

1) Leader
2) General
3) Lt. General
4) Squad Leader
5) Soldier 1st Class
6) Soldier 2nd Class
7) Soldier 3rd Class
9) New Member

Changes In rank:

There can Only be one leader and General,There can be MORE THAN one of the others. New Members rank will Rise after there first match. Promotions and DE-motions will be given depending on how you are doing.

Info on Positions:

General- About the same as Leader but just another name. Generals can promote or Demote people unless I fully disagree. Tells commands to Squad Leader commands and Positions in field.
Lt. General-Tells commands to Squad Leader commands and Positions in field.
Squad Leader- Leads Soldiers in specific field type.

Practices:

Practices can be at anytime under the server name of (*TCO* Training) The Leader or General will be the ones to hold them. If there is a match coming there may be a posted practice either in the Forum or *TCO* forum or I will email them to you. I ask all participating be present.
