When you start off quickly send scvs to money and build a scv. Keep building scvs the rest of the game until you think you have enough...get supply depos(as many as need) with berracks up to 10 and build 2 bays and upgrade. just mass out and march!!!

the zee rush!(protoss)
The "Zee" rush is the strongest and can be the most efficient .
When you start off quickly send probes to money and build a probe . Keep building probes the rest of the game until you think you have enough. when you have 7 supply, get a pylon. Once the pylon is complete, build 4 gateways around it. Then make a line of pylons and surround them with gateways and stop when you have 8. Build more is if dessired. Start building Zees. build 3 forges, and get gas and upgrade. you'll need a cybonics core also a citel of adun. Upgrade and attack.
The order in which you get your gates is up to you. the faster you are, the beter you will become.
