American Conception of National Security
Professor Melvyn P. Leffler argues that American national security policy between 1945 and 1948 led to the rising insecurity on the part of the USSR and the ensuing arms race that defined the Cold War Era.
In order to understand the relationship between American national security and the origins of the Cold War, we shall analyze the formality of Leffler's argument.
