2000 march 01breakfasti've been eating my breakfast at the office of late. i wouldn't eat cheese danish for years because i had somehow gotten it into my mind, at a very young age, that the cheese in question must be cheddar or swiss and gouda and the whole idea of a savory cheese in my sweet pastry just made me gag. i got over it, as particularly evidenced by the fact i am eating a cheese danish while i type this. and a very fine danish it is. cheese, it's not just for lunch anymore, claire
