| LeLe laughed as she quickly raced by Bryan. "Hey!!" Bryan exclaimed as he realized LeLe had just whizzed by her. At the end of the race Shane had ended up beating them all. "Ohhh that was soooo much fun!!" Mallory exclaimed. "I know!!!! I just LOVEEEE go-karts!!" LeLe added. "Kept my word didn't I?" Mark asked "Ya sure did!! I was sooo close to beating you Shane!! If I had just gotten past ya at the curve!!" LeLe laughed. "Well...there's always a re-match, I'll take ya back in a few days if you'd like." "Kewl!! Thanks Shane..." LeLe smiled at him. "Oh Lord...look at the time!!" Kian shook his head. "We're to meet Nicky and Georgina at the studio in 10 minutes!!" "Studio?" LeLe asked curiously. "We'll explain on the way there...come on..." Shane yelled pulling LeLe with him. -in the car- "So you're recording artists?" Mallory asked. "Yup, we along with our mate that you're gonna meet today, are in a group called Westlife." "That sounds familiar....." LeLe said thoughtfully. "Le!!! They came out a few years ago in the U.S. You loved their single "Swear it again." Remember?" LeLe's eyes widened, "Oh my gosh!!! I LOVEEEE that song!!!! I love your whole album!!! No wonder you guys looked vaguely familiar." "I remember you now too, Nick and the guys would talk about you." "Yeah...Kevin said how a while back you opened up for them over here and how big fans you were of them. I thought it was incredibly cute that you guys were such big fans of the boys. What ever happened to you guys?" LeLe questioned. "Swear it again didn't hit off as well as we wanted it in the U.S. everywhere else we'd done just fine but the U.S. is a tough market to break and we decided to focus on just the rest of the world." Shane explained. "That's so sad, you guys are sooo talented and good. I had heard "My Love" and it was beautiful. I managed to hear the rest of your 2nd album through a friend of mine from London and it was breathe-taking, I've got to say that it's one of my faves." "And trust me when I say that she LOVES it." Mallory laughed, "When it was given to her she didn't stop playing it for months!!" "MALLY!!!" LeLe blushed. "Well it's true, she admires your music greatly, it's just a wonder we didn't recognize you all sooner. You boys don't look anything like your album covers!!" "Well...it has been 2 years since "Coast to Coast" was released." Mark laughed. "Well I'm finally glad to have the opportunity to meet you boys!! Wonderful music and talent..." LeLe smiled. "OH yes and don't forget cute!! Le thinks you all are awful cute!! She loves your accents the best!! She particurlarly likes the lead singer's voice. She's as I say "fallen in love with it." honestly she has..." Mallory said with a smirk. "MALLY!!!!!!" LeLe yelled turning redder than a tomatoe. "That would be me!!" Shane grinned, "So ya like my voice huh?" LeLe gave a small smile, "I think it's beautiful." "And ya think we're cute too?" Bryan smiled. "Well......yah....." LeLe replied slowly. Try again next time!!" "Well Le....if you're not busy tomorrow night, how about dinner and some shopping and a nice romantic walk through a park?" Bryan asked. "Umm......" LeLe looked just a bit uncomfortable. "Oh Go on Le.....just say yes..." Mallory laughed, she knew LeLe was enjoying all the attention she was getting. "Well okay....." "Great!!! Since Le's gonna go out with Shay and Bry, you can hang out with us Mal!" "That would be fun, seeing as how my best friend has ditched me for 2 Irish boys already!" "Mally!!! I didn't ditch you!!!" "We were beginning to wonder where you lads ran off to!" Nicky exclaimed. "Oh...but i see the reasons now.." he laughed. "hello! I'm Nicky, and this is my girlfriend Georgina!" "I'm LeLe! And this is my best friend Mallory!" LeLe greeted warmly. "The boys hit on ya already huh?" Both girls laughed. "More like Shane and Bryan couldn't wait to ask Le out. She's got 2 dates already! one for tonight and the other tomorrow!" Mallory said with a smile. "That's rather quick mates! You meet the girls just today?" They all nodded their heads. "Bry I understand, he never could resist a pretty face! But Shay! Quite unlike you!" "What can I say. This girl brings the braver side of me out." Shane grinned. "Lucky girl!" Nicky teased, "Especially if ya can get my best mate to ask you out like that!" "Now now...." Georgina smiled, "Let's leave the girls and Shay alone. I'm Georgina, Nicky's girlfriend. It's nice to meet you both, not from around her?" "No, from America actually." Mallory explained. "Ah...I do like that country very much. Florida, California and New York are my favorite places." LeLe sighed dreamily. "A poetic soul...." Shane smiled at her. "She's a dreamer..." Mallory agreed, "gets lost in her own world." "Well now.....hello lads..." a voice interrupted them. They all turned to look who was there. "RO!!! Hey mate! We'd like to introduce you to LeLe and Mallory, our new American friends!" Kian smiled presenting them. "Nice to meet you gals. Let me guess, Bry approached you?" he laughed. "Why yes....." LeLe said with wonderment. "Bry..Bry..Bry...you really must stop doing that...." Ronan smiled. "Does he do that often?" Mallory asked. "Well he does talk to the girls he finds intriguing but I you're the first I've met. He never introduces them to me, you girls must be special." "More like LE is special!" Mallory cracked. "Hey now! We all think you gals are quite interesting, it's not just Bry's attraction to Le that made us want to meet you." Kian explained, "you both just seemed very vibrant and fun." "Well now lads, with all the introductions done, what do you say we go ahead with our meeting." Ronan proceeded to take his place at the table while everyone else sat down, Mallory with Mark and Kian and LeLe with Bryan and Shane. "I'm here to talk about the MTV European awards to be held 5 months from now. MTV would like to know if you want to perform." "Most definitely!" Shane replied. "Good...there's several possibilities springing up for you boys. Being one of the hugest bands in the world, MTV has given you several options for the performance. You may do a solo with the works of pyro etc. or work with another artist." 'Who would we work with?" "MTV has several performers this year, a few to name are Christina Aguilera, Backstreet Boys, 5ive, Robbie Williams, Puff Daddy,...more are to come but I haven't gotten a full list yet." "Performing with the backstreet boys, that's an opportunity of a lifetime!" Nicky exclaimed. "It is....I know how much respect you have for them, but it's up to them and their companies if they'd like to." "Well I'm sure I could help out some how..." Mallory spoke. "Really how?" Ronan asked. "I'm Nick Carter's girlfriend and he's coming in a few months plus I could call him tonight with the rest of the boys to talk about it, plus Le works with the management and she could talk to them." "That would be really great if ya could!" Ronan smiled thankfully. "Well now that the awards show is settled, meeting's done! Nice to meet you gals! I'm sure I'll be seeing more of you! You all have a good day now!!" Ronan waved to them as he left the room. "He's nice!" Mallory said once he was gone. "He's great! Understands us and everything." Kian agreed. "Well....it's getting to be evening...we should go now Le, there's a wonderful restaurant I want to take you to." Shane extended his hand to LeLe. "Okay...Mally you don't mind do you?" "Go ahead! Have fun and I'll see ya back at the hotel!!" "okay!! Thanks...byeee!!" LeLe smiled as Shane lead her out of the room with his arm around her. "They hit it off pretty well, don't ya think?"Mark asked. "Yeah, they seem to..." Mallory answered. "But she hasn't gone out with me yet!!" Bryan interrupted. "I'd like my fair shot at her before you lads claim hersas Shane's!" "Is he always like this?" Mallory asked. "Only when it comes to girls..." Mark laughed. "Not true mate!! She just seems extra nice huh? There's something different about her..." Bryan explained, "she's special...." "Both of you are..." Kian added. "Well thanks...." Mallory blushed. Mallory enjoyed her evening with the boys. They proved to be quite hilarious, as they told her stories of Bryan's jokes and antics and all of the things that had happened to them. She hoped that LeLe was having just as much fun as she was.... |
