it was 20 years ago today
i can't believe i graduated high school 20 years ago.
this picture was taken when i was fifteen; i was sixteen when i graduated. i remember not wanting to smile but ray, the photographer, kept telling dirty jokes until i finally let loose with the big cheeser you now see to the right. i rarely smile in pictures for fear of more of these chipmunk moments.
i didn't go to my reunion; i haven't even spoken with anyone i went to high school with in over sixteen years. it�s a bad habit i have, shedding people. if i've known you for more than four years, and still talk to you, you have to figure you're something pretty damn special.
