nothing to do, nowhere to go...

exactly the opposite, in fact, although i could use a good sedative. scanner won't talk to the computer. computer only talks to the modem intermittently. computer going into deep freeze several times a day. late for interview with candidate to replace the former officemate from hell. still coughing. peter parker barfed on my chair. out of milk. dryer broke: still sends out hot air, refuses to tumble. no leftovers for lunch. three emergency projects thrown at me late yesterday afternoon, all due monday. ceo weasel from hell coming to office next week for a little meeting with the minions; this is never good news.

on the other hand, gene loves me. it's friday. talk to you next week.
